Reviews and Ratings
The Sheraton hotel is a mixed bag with a noisy air intake but splendid comfort and location that made us extend our stay. The rooms were among the largest I've experienced, well-equipped, and cozy. The service was a bit officious with issues of cleanliness, but the early check-in saved our tired souls. The location is convenient for both Nord train station access and city exploration. The dining options were decent but pricey, and the facilities were good overall.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with its spacious rooms, despite them being a bit old. The dim lighting was a minor downside but overall, it was a nice retreat after a day of sightseeing. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff and complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas. The central location near the Metro station was perfect for exploring Brussels. The dining experience offered a solid selection, though some equipment needed maintenance. Overall, a good value for such a convenient location.
The hotel rooms were generally old but spacious, with a good writing desk. However, they appeared dark, dingy, and dirty, especially the carpet. The service was accommodating, but not as helpful as expected, lacking a 4-star standard. The location, while near public transportation, seemed like a construction zone. The dining experience was decent, with nice offerings at the club lounge. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
